1. Design and develop visually stunning and intuitive websites that align with our brand identity and meet client specifications.
2. Collaborate with clients and the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling website designs.
3. Implement responsive web design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices.
4. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine visibility to maximize organic traffic and user engagement.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, web technologies, and Google marketing practices to enhance our online presence and competitiveness.
6. Conduct thorough keyword research and execute effective Google marketing campaigns (including Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
7. Monitor website analytics and Google marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
8. Collaborate with content creators to ensure website content is visually appealing, well-organized, and optimized for search engines.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues, ensuring smooth website functionality at all times.
10. Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend innovative ideas to enhance our online presence and user experience.
11. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies across different online platforms for consistent branding and messaging.
12. Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and tailor website design and marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements: Web Designer and Google Marketing Job in Dubai

1. Proven experience as a Web Designer with at least 1-2 years of UAE experience.
2. Background in Google marketing, including experience with Google Ads and SEO best practices.
3. Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first approaches.
5. Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing websites and content for search engines.
6. Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically, combining design aesthetics with data-driven marketing strategies.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
8. Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.
9. A proactive and self-motivated approach to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
