Job Responsibilities:

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification is mandatory, with a valid certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• B.Tech or Computer Science degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices, such as Cisco routers and switches.
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
