Job Responsibilities:

– Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
– Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of HVAC equipment.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
– Repair or replace defective parts and components to restore HVAC systems to proper working conditions.
– Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate HVAC projects and ensure timely completion.
– Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment inventory.

Requirements and Qualifications:

– Diploma or ITI certification in HVAC or a related field.
– Minimum 4-7 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
– Valid ECNR (Emigration Check Not Required) passport.
– Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems.
– Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
– Familiarity with HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and time management abilities.
