Description: Job Opportunity AC/Auto Electrical Technician – Oman

A reputed company in Oman is currently seeking a skilled and experienced AC/Auto Electrical Technician to join their team. If you have the required qualifications and 5 years or more of experience in GCC, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Auto Electrician.
• Experience: 5 years and above in GCC.

Responsibilities:

1. Determine malfunctions of the electrical system through visual inspection of vehicles/equipment, coordinating with the workshop supervisor & workshop in-charge on day activities.
2. Adjust ignition timing and measure and adjust distributor breaker-point gaps.
3. Repair or replace defective wiring in ignition, lighting, air-conditioning, and safety control systems.
4. Install electrical equipment such as gauges, lighting, alternators, and starter motors in cars, buses, and trucks.
5. Test instruments and read circuit diagrams to find electrical faults, adjust engine control systems, and timing to ensure vehicles are running at peak performance.
6. Test, recondition, and replace faulty alternators, generators, starter motors, and related items, such as voltage regulators and batteries.
7. Repair or replace faulty ignition systems, electrical wiring, fuses, lamps, and switches.
8. Proficient in rewinding motors and electronic wirings.
9. Perform other job-related tasks allotted by Workshop In-charges.
