We are a reputed star hotel in Bahrain and currently seeking a dynamic candidate for the position of Accounts Supervisor Jobs In Bahrain. The ideal candidate should hold a finance degree or diploma. While hotel experience is not mandatory, a minimum of three years of work experience in any industry is required. The Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for accounts payable and will handle some profit and loss (P&L) and balance reconciliations.
Responsibilities: Accounts Supervisor Jobs In Bahrain
- Accounts Payable: Manage and oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims. Maintain proper documentation and records.
- P&L and Balance Reconciliations: Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve issues.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing financial data and analysis. Monitor budget performance and provide insights to management.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and address any findings or recommendations.
