Job Responsibilities
– Perform autobody repairs and fiberglass painting to ensure high-quality finishes on vehicles.
– Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
– Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and textures.
– Apply paint coats using spray guns or other appropriate techniques.
– Ensure proper adhesion, smoothness, and consistency of paint finishes.
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
– Minimum qualification of ITI/Diploma in a relevant field.
– Proven experience in autobody repairs and fiberglass painting.
– Familiarity with GCC standards and practices is preferred.
– Proficient in English language, both verbal and written.
– Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Physical stamina to withstand long periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
– Valid passport and willingness to relocate to the UAE.

– Contract Duration: 2 years
– Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
