- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of salary and commission-based compensation.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Represent our company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the overseas manpower recruitment business in Qatar.
- Possession of a valid Qatari driving license is mandatory.
- Both men and women are encouraged to apply.
