Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our business, interacting with customers and providing top-notch service. Here’s what the role entails:

Responsibilities:

  1. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English and basic Arabic to assist our diverse customer base.
  2. Work Hours: Ten hours a day, ensuring coverage during peak business hours.
  3. Transportation: We provide transportation to and from the workplace.
  4. Accommodation: Comfortable accommodation will be provided for our employees.
  5. Vacation: Enjoy four days of vacation per month to relax and recharge.

Requirements:

  1. Nationality: Only candidates from the Philippines will be considered.
  2. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak at least basic Arabic.
  3. Availability: Able to work a ten-hour shift.
  4. Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

  • Monthly Salary: KWD 200
