Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Accurate typing and efficient computer system navigation skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
