We are currently looking for experienced Catering Managers to join our team in Oman. Job Responsibilities:

As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all aspects of industrial catering operations in Oman PDO / OXY / OQ locations.
2. Managing and supervising catering staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
3. Ensuring high-quality food preparation and service that meets the company’s standards and client expectations.
4. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
5. Handling all business-related activities, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
6. Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations in the workplace.
7. Solving any operational issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively.
8. Managing inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics efficiently.
9. Contributing to the continuous improvement of catering services and operations.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Catering in Oman PDO / OXY / OQ locations.
• Strong business handling skills and the ability to manage all aspects of catering operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Oman’s catering regulations and industry standards.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality service and safety standards.
