Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Leadership:

Utilize your CA qualification and 10+ years of experience to provide strong financial leadership within the construction industry.

2. Team Oversight:

Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring their professional growth and effective performance.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.

3. Financial Statement Management:

Take charge of overseeing the creation, accuracy, and integrity of financial statements.
Regularly review and analyze financial statements to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of concern.

4. Accounting Records:

Prepare, monitor, and maintain comprehensive accounting records.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and implement best practices to safeguard financial data.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Harness the power of advanced accounting information systems to generate detailed reports and analyze accounting data.

Qualifications: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT WITH CA QUALIFIED

A degree in any field, coupled with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial management.
