We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CIVIL SUPERVISOR Jobs in Oman to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or IT civil engineering qualification and possess 5-6 years of in-depth knowledge in civil construction works. This includes a strong understanding of procedures, various civil-related equipment, safety regulations, and quality requirements in oil and gas field projects.

Responsibilities: CIVIL SUPERVISOR Jobs in Oman

Oversee and supervise civil construction activities in oil and gas field projects, such as flow lines, pipelines, piping, concrete pits, installation and alignment of equipment/structures, MSVs, and road works.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Monitor and enforce adherence to project timelines, specifications, and procedures.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate construction activities effectively.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any construction-related issues or discrepancies.
Provide guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring efficient and productive workflow.
Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to construction activities, progress, and materials used.
Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to address any concerns or inquiries.
Uphold a positive and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety awareness.

Requirements: CIVIL SUPERVISOR Jobs in Oman

Diploma or IT civil engineering qualification.
5-6 years of experience in civil construction works, specifically in oil and gas field projects.
Proficient in English and Hindi communication.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, civil-related equipment, and safety and quality requirements.
Familiarity with flow lines, pipelines, piping, concrete pits, equipment installation, alignment, MSVs, and road works.
Attention to detail and ability to interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications accurately.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
