– Assist the Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor in gathering information about in-store merchandise, sales, and promotions.
– Regularly audit in-mall directories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Report any discrepancies to the Customer Service Supervisor.
– Acknowledge and direct media inquiries to the appropriate colleagues or departments.
– Perform Call Centre duties (if applicable) following department processes and SOPs.
– Monitor the cleanliness and condition of asset facilities, signage, and common areas, reporting any issues or concerns to the Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor.
– Maintain tidiness and cleanliness at the Customer Service desks.
