We are a well-established company in Bahrain seeking a dedicated and experienced Document Clearance Specialist to join our team. As a Document Clearance Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of documents clearance, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Processing: Manage the entire documents clearance process, including the creation of new Commercial Registrations (CR), renewals, and other necessary documents.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and schedule appointments related to document clearance and visa applications.
  • Visa Application: Handle visa application procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with Bahrain’s regulatory requirements and ensure all documents adhere to the legal standards.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the document clearance process.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to documents clearance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of documented experience in document clearance and related administrative tasks within Bahrain.
  • Proficiency in Bahrain’s regulatory requirements and procedures for documents clearance, CR creation, and visa applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
