The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing data and organizing documents independently. Proficiency in basic computer skills such as Excel, Email, and PowerPoint is required for this role.
Job Details: Document Controller Job in Oman
- Salary: 100 to 120 Omani Rial (RO)
- Key Skills: Independent data management, document filing, and basic knowledge of Excel, Email, and PowerPoint
- Age Requirement: 21-28 years
- Working Hours: 11 hours per day
- Weekly Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and maintain documents, ensuring proper organization and storage.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all company documents.
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable for future reference.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and organize necessary documents.
- Provide support in data entry and maintain accuracy in all documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Email, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
