We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality European-made home appliances and electrical products from our kiosks located in various malls across Qatar. Your primary objective will be to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist customers in selecting the right products that meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the features and benefits of the European-made home appliances and electrical products we offer.
• Actively participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to boost sales and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure that the kiosk is well-presented, organized, and stocked with the latest products at all times.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving individual and team sales targets.

Salary & Benefits: Female Sales Associate – Retail and Hospitality

• QR 2500/- to QR 3000/- Total Salary Package, all inclusive
• Monthly excellent commission
• Paid leave once every 2 years
• Return flight ticket every 2 years

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record of at least 2 years in a sales role, preferably in the retail sector.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Pleasant and engaging personality with excellent communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts as per the business requirements.
• Valid work permit will be provided for selected candidates.
