Responsibilities:

As a Pediatrician at Shalema Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents. Your duties will include:

Conducting medical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients.
Diagnosing and treating various pediatric illnesses and conditions.
Monitoring and tracking patient growth and development.
Providing guidance and support to parents and caregivers.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Keeping accurate medical records and documentation.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Pediatrician.
Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Pediatrician.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from INR 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide the following benefits:
