Job Description:

As a Furniture Painter at LEADING COMPANY, you will play a vital role in adding the final touch of beauty and elegance to our furniture pieces. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare furniture surfaces for painting by sanding, filling cracks or imperfections, and applying primer as necessary.
2. Select appropriate paint colors and finishes based on customer preferences and design specifications.
3. Apply paint, stains, or varnishes to furniture surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring an even and smooth application.
4. Create decorative finishes, such as distressing, antiquing, or faux painting, to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the furniture.
5. Follow established painting techniques and quality standards to achieve consistent and high-quality finishes.
6. Ensure proper drying and curing of painted furniture pieces before proceeding to the next step of the production process.
7. Inspect finished furniture pieces for any defects or imperfections and make necessary touch-ups or repairs.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of painting materials.
9. Collaborate with other team members, such as furniture assemblers or finishers, to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, new painting techniques, and innovative materials to continuously improve painting processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Furniture Painter or in a similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
2. Strong knowledge of different painting techniques, finishes, and materials used in furniture painting.
3. Proficiency in color mixing and matching to achieve desired shades and effects.
