General Cooks Requirements:
Academic Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of working experience in a reputable 4-star hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant, or culinary institute.
- Fluent in English.
- Middle-position experience, reporting to a CDP, in a reputable multi-cuisine kitchen or culinary institute.
- Proficiency in Indian, Continental/Italian, and Arabic dishes, including Tandoor.
- Strong computer skills in basic applications (Excel, Emails, and Chat).
- Track record of developing or participating in new Indian, Continental, Italian, and Arabic cuisine menus and dishes is advantageous.
Asian Cooks Requirements:
Academic Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a reputable Asian cuisine establishment or culinary institute.
- Fluent in English.
- Middle-position experience, reporting to a CDP, in a reputable multi-cuisine kitchen or culinary institute.
- Proficiency in Asian Cuisine, including Japanese, Sushi, and Thai cuisines.
- Strong computer skills in basic applications (Excel, Emails, and Chat).
- Track record of developing new Asian cuisine menus and dishes is a plus.
