Join a leading maintenance company working on the Neom Project in Saudi Arabia. We are currently in the process of CV shortlisting for the position of Hard Service Manager. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in facilities management, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description:

As a Hard Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing hard service systems, equipment, and maintenance activities. Your expertise and experience in facilities management will be essential in ensuring the efficient operation of hard service systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage hard service systems, equipment, and maintenance activities.
Efficiently allocate resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of required materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and other standards.
Interact with internal teams, external contractors, and senior management.
Maintain effective communication channels to support maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Age: 24-44 years.
Proven experience of at least 10 years in facilities management, with a focus on hard service systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage resources efficiently.
