Job Description:
As an Arabic Call Centre Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance and support. Your fluency in Arabic and English, combined with your background in the Travel Industry, will be invaluable in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Travel Industry Expertise: Ideally, you should come from a Travel Background Industry, allowing you to understand and cater to the unique needs of travelers.
- GDS Experience: Previous experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is essential for efficiently handling reservations, bookings, and inquiries.
- Attentiveness: Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Problem Solving: Effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations, leaving a positive and lasting impression.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in the Travel Industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in Bahrain.
