Key Responsibilities: Hiring HSE Officer for Qatar

• Safety Leadership: Act as a safety ambassador, fostering a culture of safety excellence across the project site. Lead by example and encourage all team members to prioritize safety at all times.
• Compliance: Ensure that all activities on the project site adhere to local and international safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential safety hazards and develop risk mitigation strategies. Proactively address safety concerns to prevent accidents and incidents.
• Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans. Provide training to project personnel on emergency procedures and evacuation protocols.
• Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents and near-misses. Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Training and Education: Deliver safety training and awareness programs to project staff. Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into the safety program.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and safety statistics. Prepare and submit safety reports to management as required.

Qualifications and Experience: Hiring HSE Officer for Qatar

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an HSE Officer in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Prior experience in GTL (Gas to Liquids) projects, especially with companies like Dolphin Energy, Oryx GTL, Shell GTL, or Qatar Energy Projects, will be given priority.
• Shutdown project experience is mandatory.
• NEBOSH certification is required.
