Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, ingredients, and supplies.

Handle guest complaints and special dietary requests effectively.
Manage kitchen costs and assist with budgeting and planning.
Stay current with culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
