Almoayyed Interiors Bahrain is Urgently looking for Interior Fit Out Supervisors Nos (4).

SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES: Walk In Interview Interior Fit Out Supervisors. Nos (4).

Supervisor provides leadership and is responsible for, although not limited to:

• • Ensuring the safety of Team members.
• • Following Safety guidelines.
• • Productivity of Team members.
• • Communicating the job to the team & Assigning team tasks.
• • Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioural expectations to ensure team morale and productivity.
• • Applying the principles of workplace respect at the site.
• • Carry out the job and ensure the physical requirements as per the drawings & Specifications.
• • Effective utilisation of manpower.
• • Control of the consumption of material & wastage.
• • Proper use of machines and tools.
• • Translating general work requirements into a prioritized work plan for the team.
• • Working with the team to overcome work challenges.

An ideal candidate for this role with a minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in Interior Fit Out Projects is a must.
