Head Chef

Salary: 400 – 500 KD

Job Summary: Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor Job in Kuwait

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Head Chef with expertise in Continental cuisine or Multi-cuisine. The Head Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team, managing the kitchen operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop innovative and delicious menu items in line with the company’s culinary vision.
  • Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring high-quality and consistent dishes.
  • Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food presentation and cooking techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet demand while minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus and special dishes.
  • Oversee kitchen budgets, control costs, and manage expenses effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Head Chef in Continental or Multi-cuisine establishments.
  • Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary trends.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve culinary excellence.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Kitchen Supervisor

Salary: 200 – 250 KD

Job Summary: Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor Job in Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth daily operations of our kitchen. The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee kitchen staff, manage inventory, and maintain a high standard of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Schedule kitchen staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to the kitchen, resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to implement new recipes and update menus.
  • Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing training for existing team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.
