Job Description: URGENT JOB OPENING HVAC Maintenance Supervisor UAE

Are you an experienced HVAC Maintenance Supervisor with a passion for leading teams and ensuring efficient HVAC systems? Our leading Facility Management Company in the UAE is urgently seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining HVAC systems and leading a team of technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervision: Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring their productivity and performance.
Client Interaction: Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and maintain excellent client relationships.
Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including Water Cooled and Air-Cooled Chillers, Package AC’s, AHU’s, FHAU, Compressors, Chiller Plants, and Cooling Towers.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all HVAC systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Experience: Utilize your minimum 10 years of GCC experience as an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to provide guidance and expertise.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Minimum 10 years of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor in the GCC.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Capability to handle client interactions effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
