Job Description: Job Opening Sales Engineer – Cleaning Equipment

A leading group of companies in Oman is seeking a highly qualified Sales Engineer with experience in selling cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate should have a background in engineering, a strong sales track record, and experience in the GCC region, particularly in Oman. This position requires expertise in managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating with principals, and expanding business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Job Opening Sales Engineer – Cleaning Equipment

• Sell cleaning equipment and manage customer relationships.
• Conduct sales and marketing operations to achieve business targets and address competition.
• Prepare and submit quotations utilizing supplier information, cost standards, and technical information.
• Coordinate with principals to ensure market support, pricing policies, and issue resolution.
• Develop strategies for business expansion, including organizing campaigns and creating a sales network.
• Handle government clients, obtain tenders, and prepare quotes for government and public sector projects.
• Maintain a dashboard with analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in selling cleaning equipment, preferably in the GCC region.
• Experience in Oman is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of project logistics and the ability to manage sales and marketing operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with government clients and public sector projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools and sales software for dashboard management.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: OMR 700 – 1000, depending on experience.
• Additional benefits as per company policy.
