Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet visitors and clients, creating a positive first impression.
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Create, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible physical and digital files.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries with care.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications: Job Opportunity Administrative Staff Sharjah, UAE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education/certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in all tasks.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Capable of both independent and collaborative work.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & basic Computer skills.
  • Previous administration experience.
