Full Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in Big 4 auditing firms and a total of at least 15 years of experience in the financial field. The candidate must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounts:

• Plan, organize, and direct fiscal and management control functions, including the annual Financial Plan and Budget for Khamas Group.
• Implement and oversee financial & accounting procedures for real estate acquisition, fiscal reporting, administration, purchasing, warehousing, risk management, cash management, investments, and licensing.
• Direct management reports and organizational and administrative policies.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial and accounting reports to support management’s mission and functions.
• Establish guidelines for capital funds utilization, monitor fund balances, and provide advice on project financing.
• Ensure the responsiveness of Accounts Receivables, Payables, Budget & Planning, General Ledger, and Purchase sections to internal and external customers.
• Analyze cash flow, review reports on cash levels, and update Management as required.
• Coordinate loan and joint venture closings with lenders and third parties.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital needs, and manage the investment of available funds to maximize returns.
• Evaluate company risks and ensure proper insurance coverage for properties and activities.
• Conduct periodic meetings with departmental heads, assess performance, and resolve issues.

Property Development:

• Oversee property development and engineering/construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and desired standards.
• Review financial goals for projects, provide suggestions, and ensure alignment with Khamas policies.
• Guide Facility Management, Operations & Logistics sections, and build a high-performance culture.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and balance strategic and tactical issues.
• Perform other tasks as directed by superiors/CEO/Director General.

Salary: Job Opportunity Financial Controller in Dubai, UAE

• AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month
