Job Description:
Position: Purchaser for Spare Parts
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 4001-5000 AED
Experience: 1-2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Source and procure spare parts from reliable suppliers to meet the company’s requirements.
- Evaluate supplier bids, negotiate prices, and secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify and fulfill spare parts needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate their potential.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role, preferably in spare parts or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of market research and supplier evaluation techniques.
