We are looking to hire a Receptionist and Admin Assistant, specifically seeking female candidates from Eastern Europe, to join our team at a leading construction company in Doha, Qatar. This role requires a professional with excellent administrative skills and a welcoming demeanor to manage our front desk and support our administrative functions.
Responsibilities: Job Opportunity Receptionist and Admin Assistant – Qatar
Receptionist:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide general information and assistance to clients and visitors.
Admin Assistant:
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with coordinating office activities and operations.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Female candidates from Eastern Europe only.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Salary: 2001-5000 QR
