This role requires a professional with excellent administrative skills and a welcoming demeanor to manage our front desk and support our administrative functions.

Responsibilities: Job Opportunity Receptionist and Admin Assistant – Qatar

Receptionist:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide general information and assistance to clients and visitors.

Admin Assistant:

  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with coordinating office activities and operations.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates from Eastern Europe only.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Salary: 2001-5000 QR
