Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Representative to join our team at SMART INDUSTRIAL TRADING MANUFACTURING COMPANY in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the industrial spares materials supply sector, possess excellent English language skills, and demonstrate proficiency in computer applications. A preferred technical degree is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive Online Requests: Handle incoming Request for Quotations (RFQs) from clients through online platforms.
2. Market Research: Conduct extensive research in both local and global markets to create competitive and compelling offers.
3. Order Processing: Receive Purchase Orders (POs) from clients, process them efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
4. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients’ buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Marketing Activities: Occasionally engage in marketing initiatives to attract new clients, focusing on both new companies and potential buyers.
6. Material Expertise: Deal with a variety of industrial plants consumables, including electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and office supplies.
7. Field Visits: While primarily office-based, the role may require occasional visits to local markets for material quotations, collections, client visits, and material deliveries.
