Maintenance Planning Engineer HEISCO, Kuwait (KNPC Project)
Job Description:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in maintenance planning or mechanical maintenance within the refinery or petrochemical industry.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Strong expertise in using PRIMAVERA (P3) software package and other relevant computer applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of basic refinery safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Planning Engineer at HEISCO for the KNPC Project, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintenance Planning: Develop, implement, and manage maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to execute maintenance activities effectively.
- Data Analysis: Analyze historical maintenance data and performance metrics to optimize maintenance processes and identify areas for improvement.
- PRIMAVERA Utilization: Utilize PRIMAVERA (P3) and other computer applications to create and manage maintenance schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all refinery safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by the maintenance team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance reports.
