Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the site execution of Genset installations in accordance with project specifications and safety guidelines.
- Ensure the efficient deployment of resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with project engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports and documentation.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in site execution, specifically in the installation of Gensets.
- Proficiency in computer applications related to job functions.
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
