Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of skilled mechanical technicians and tradespeople to ensure safe and efficient execution of mechanical projects.
2. Piping and Welding: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and project specifications.
3. Chilled Water Systems: Manage the maintenance and operation of chilled water systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
4. Quality Control: Ensure all mechanical work is carried out to high-quality standards, complying with safety regulations and project requirements.
5. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including manpower and materials, to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including work schedules, maintenance logs, and safety documentation.
7. Training: Provide training and guidance to junior staff, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in piping, welding, and chilled water systems.
• Proven supervisory experience in a mechanical or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
