Job Description:

A well-established Facility Management Company in the UAE is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to join their team. If you have a background in facility management, a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, and possess 5-8 years of experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

• Position: Mechanical Technician
• Location: UAE
• Salary: DHS 2000-2500
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in Facility Management
• Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Language: English communication skills required
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
• Working Hours: 10 hours + 1-hour break

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems including chilled water pumps, heat exchangers, gas water heaters, PRV stations, booster pumps, circulation pumps, transfer pumps, electric water heaters, swimming pool pumps and filters, water tanks, sewage pumps, irrigation pumps, etc.
• Able to align valves, pumps, and compressors.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure system efficiency.
• Utilize knowledge of mechanical systems to address issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in facility management.
• Ability to align valves, pumps, and compressors.
• Strong English communication skills.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Maximum age limit of 45 years.
