Job Description: MEP Draftsman (Mechanical and Electrical) UAE

Are you a talented and experienced draftsman with a passion for precision and a knack for turning concepts into detailed, accurate drawings? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are a leading Electro-Mechanical company based in the UAE, specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. We are looking for skilled Mechanical and Electrical Draftsmen to join our dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D and 3D MEP drawings and schematics.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements.
Review and interpret technical specifications, sketches, and other relevant documents.
Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Generate accurate material and equipment lists.
Maintain and update drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide support to project teams during the construction phase.
Quality-check drawings for errors and inconsistencies.

Qualifications: MEP Draftsman (Mechanical and Electrical) UAE

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for Mechanical Draftsman.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering for Electrical Draftsman.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP drawings and detailing.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
