Job Description:

As an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our facility management team in Oman. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the electrical and electronic maintenance operations of our facilities. We are seeking a candidate with a strong educational background, extensive experience, and excellent leadership skills to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead and manage a technical team responsible for electro-mechanical maintenance activities.
Maintenance Expertise: Utilize your 10+ years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance work to ensure the efficient and effective operation of all MEP systems.
Operations & Maintenance: Execute and supervise day-to-day maintenance tasks, inspections, and repair work, ensuring all facilities operate at optimal performance levels.
Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to local regulations and safety standards.
GCC Experience: Leverage your GCC experience to navigate the regional nuances and challenges effectively.
Driving License: Possession of a GCC Driving License is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance work.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and their maintenance requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with GCC regulations and standards.
Age should be less than 50 years.

Working Conditions: MEP Supervisor Job in Oman

9-hour duty, 5 days a week.
Competitive salary: 400 OMR Basic or Negotiable.
