Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a designated company van to reach assigned sales targets and meet customer demands.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and identify potential customers.
• Present, promote, and sell NADA Dairy products to current and prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor market conditions, trends, and competitors to stay informed about industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Age between 24 and 35 years.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or any sales-related role.
• Hold a valid Indian Heavy Driving License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of local sales routes and areas is a plus.
