Responsibilities: NURSE – INDUSTRIAL CLINIC – NHRA Licensed

As an Industrial Clinic Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our employees. Your primary duties will include:

1. Conducting health assessments and screenings in the industrial clinic.
2. Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
3. Managing the Occupational Health Program to ensure a safe working environment.
4. Collaborating with the health and safety team to implement preventive measures.
5. Maintaining accurate medical records and reports.
6. Offering guidance on health and wellness to employees.
7. Participating in health education programs.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Valid NHRA license.
2. BSc degree in Nursing.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in a large industrial setup.
4. 2 to 3 years of experience in a hospital setup (emergency & OPD).
5. Valid BLS certificate.
6. Proficient in English; ability to speak Hindi is a plus.
7. Computer literate with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
8. Occupational health and safety-related certification is an advantage.
