As an Operation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the management and optimization of our rider’s fleet. Your strategic thinking and operational acumen will be instrumental in improving fleet performance, cost-efficiency, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of fleet management strategies aimed at optimizing performance and achieving operational objectives.
• Supervise and mentor a team of drivers, offering guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Conduct rider training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in fleet supervision or a related leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex operational challenges.
