Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of workers, including fabricators, welders, machine operators, and administrative staff.
• Oversee production schedules and workflow to meet customer deadlines and production targets.
• Manage production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Handle the procurement and delivery of raw materials for the production process.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and ensure timely repairs.
• Identify and pursue new clients in the market, conducting market visits to understand client requirements and establish connections with potential clients.
• Follow up on payments as required.
• Manage a team effectively to achieve overall business objectives.
