Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management.
Monitor and control project risks and take appropriate actions.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the project site.

Requirements: Project Manager Job in Oman

Age between 30 to 45 years.
Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience in the GCC region.
Valid GCC driving license.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Direct employment visa in Oman is provided.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
