We are currently seeking skilled and experienced QSR Line Cook to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent taste. Strong English communication skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities: QSR Line Cook Job in Kuwait

1. Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including Fatayer, Kebab, Grill, Garde-manger, and other main courses.
2. Ensure that all food items are prepared according to the established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
4. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, following proper handling, storage, and cooking techniques.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely preparation of food orders.
6. Monitor and maintain sufficient stock levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
7. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to fire and health regulations.
8. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
9. Participate in regular kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
10. Uphold high standards of professionalism and teamwork, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements: QSR Line Cook Job in Kuwait

1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a Line Cook in a 3-star or above-rated establishment.
2. Strong knowledge and expertise in preparing dishes such as Fatayer, Kebab, Grill, Garde-manger, and other main courses.
3. Excellent English communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and understand instructions.
4. Candidates with a degree in Hotel Management will be given preference.
5. Demonstrated understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
7. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per the restaurant’s operational requirements.
