AGCO is seeking a dynamic and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Ardiya. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, from concrete works and foundation construction to structural repairs and modifications. Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients and managerial staff to understand and address engineering requirements for various construction projects, including concrete works, foundation construction, and structural repairs.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and worksheets related to project progress, specifications, and any required modifications.
Cost Estimation: Estimate the materials, equipment, and labor needed for each project, ensuring accurate project cost assessments.
Project Oversight: Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project timelines.
Surveyor Collaboration: Coordinate with surveyors to establish installation points, reference points, grades, elevations, and other crucial factors affecting construction accuracy.
Quality and Safety: Monitor project progress to ensure that design specifications, safety standards, and sanitation regulations are consistently met throughout the construction process.
Post-Construction Maintenance: Upon project completion, inspect, repair, and maintain structures as needed to ensure long-term integrity and functionality.
Additional Duties: Undertake any other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications: Required Civil Site Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer, with a strong track record of successful project management.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
