Job Responsibilities: Requirements for Oman Long Term Project

QC Inspector (Mech/Welding/Coating):

• Conduct quality inspections of mechanical, welding, and coating activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Perform visual and non-destructive testing to identify defects and non-conformities.
• Generate inspection reports and maintain documentation.

QC Inspector (Civil):

• Inspect civil construction activities, including structural works, concrete pouring, and finishing.
• Verify adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct tests and measurements to assess quality and performance.
• Document and report inspection findings.

QC Inspector (E&I):

• Carry out inspections of electrical and instrumentation installations.
• Verify compliance with design drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Conduct functional and performance tests.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain records.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for construction projects.
• Prepare bills of quantities and pricing schedules.
• Monitor project costs and variations.
• Assist in tendering and contract administration.

Sr. Protection Relay Testing Engineer:

• Conduct testing and commissioning of protection relays and systems.
• Verify relay settings and coordination with electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose relay issues.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Provide technical expertise in mechanical engineering.
• Design and review mechanical systems and equipment.

Civil Engineer:

• Oversee civil engineering activities, including site preparation, earthworks, and concrete works.
• Monitor construction progress and quality.
• Review and approve design drawings.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders.

Mechanical Supervisor:

• Supervise mechanical installation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor work progress and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks.

Civil Supervisor:

• Manage and coordinate civil construction activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor their performance.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain documentation.

Material Supervisor:

• Oversee material management and control on-site.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Conduct inspections for quality and quantity verification.

Piping Supervisor:

• Supervise piping installation and maintenance works.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Pipeline Surveyor / Civil Surveyor:

• Conduct surveying activities for pipeline and civil projects.
• Establish control points and survey markers.
