Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Roller Operator to join our team at PDO BJ Company in Oman. As a Roller Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient and safe use of heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain rollers and compaction equipment.
• Ensure proper compaction of various materials on construction sites.
• Collaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Requirements:

• Age: 23 to 40 years
• Work Hours: 8 hours per day, with a weekly off
• GCC License: Mandatory
• Acceptable Candidates: ECR and ENR both accepted

Compensation:

• Salary: 160 Omani Rials per month
• Additional Benefits: Food allowance, Overtime pay
