Position Overview:

Sastech Co. is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for sales, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, and excellent communication skills. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience in a similar industry.
Valid Bahrain driving license is a must.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or any other language is an advantage.
Exceptional negotiation and selling skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive approach to work and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
South Indian Male candidates are preferred.
