We are a leading FMCG & Dairy company based in Bahrain, seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring the success of our products in the hypermarket and FMCG market across the Gulf region.

Responsibilities: Sales Supervisor (FMCG & Dairy) – Bahrain

1. Sales Management: Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets and maximize revenue in the hypermarket and FMCG sector.
2. Market Penetration: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and increase brand visibility.
3. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the sales team, providing mentorship and support to enhance performance.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordingly.
6. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Requirements: Sales Supervisor (FMCG & Dairy) – Bahrain

1. Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG/Dairy industry within Gulf countries.
2. Language Skills: Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
3. Education: MBA or relevant degree in Business or Sales and Marketing.
4. Driving License: A valid GCC driving license is a must for this position.
5. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
6. Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
7. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
8. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using digital tools and online platforms for sales tracking and reporting.
