We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Incharge to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate should hold a BE/BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 10-15 years of working experience in construction and maintenance. Experience in the Oman Oil Field is preferred.

Requirements: Site Incharge Job in Oman

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of working experience in construction and maintenance.
• Preferably, prior experience in the Oman Oil Field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Off-plot Development contracts in onshore Oil Fields.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Incharge managing a workforce of 150 or more.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction and maintenance activities on the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Monitor the performance of the workforce and provide necessary guidance and support.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and developments on the site.
